Eumar Santehnika products have a limited guarantee of two years from the date of manufacturing. The date of production is shown on the backside of the product.
In case of any eventual faults discovered, the product will be replaced or corrected at the discretion of the manufacturer.
When making a claim, please submit the payment receipt to us.
Please note: The guarantee is only limited to the value of the product. Transport, removal and installation costs for any replaced products are not covered. Also not covered are damages caused by improper installation, storage and usage, as well as damages caused by careless handling, exposure to extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical agents, such as strong solvents, acids, lye etc.
Attention!
Never use abrasive (scouring-type) cleaners or aggressive chemical agents.
Never spill hot water or place objects with high temperature on the surface of the product. The maximum-use-temperature is 80ºC (standard tab water temperature 60ºC). If you use an electrical boiler, please make sure that you do not spill overheated water on the product.
